The patent license shall not use to any modification of the Contribution, and every other mixture which includes the Contribution. In case you or your Affiliates immediately or indirectly institute patent litigation (like a cross declare or counterclaim in the litigation) or other patent enforcement pursuits in opposition to any person or entity by
